From a mechanical stand point, Dave Morris takes a deep personal interest in the quality of work he and his crew provide. Dave always stays up to date on the latest in diagnostic and repair procedures.
Certificates of classes and seminars he has attended over the years to maintain his "ASE/Master Technician" status are visible to his customers, which is something I find most impressive. His diagnoses and estimates are always on the level, no B.S.
From a customers standpoint, Dave's quality of work and his customer service are his #1 concern. Dave always guarantees the work he does 100%. He'll do what ever it takes to make it right. He'll explain to the customer how things work and why things break. Dave's concern is to get his customers back on the road and keep them there...safely. With Dave, it's not just customer service, it's personalized customer care.
From a personal standpoint, if Dave suggests I should repair something or I should leave something alone, I trust his word implicitly. There have been many times when I felt Dave has gone out of his way for me: once servicing my vehicle on his day off and in another instance, completing repairs in the same day. If it's within Dave's ability, he'll make it happen.
Dave Morris is the mechanic I recommend to anyone who asks. I have heard countless horror stories about people and their automotive mechanics they choose. One will never hear that type of story from me about Morris Automotive.
Fortunately for me I found a mechanic that is reliable, dependable and most importantly, trustworthy. Plus, Dave's a cool guy.
